It is amazing what a visual impact adding trim has - even without shoe molding, the baseboards make the whole room look much nicer. This was a really fun job because I got to buy a nailgun.

I'd never really thought of it like that, or really appreciated the trim. Now that you point it out, though, I realize that it definitely does make it look much nicer. I guess it helps your eyes with the transition? At the very least, it makes it look much cleaner and more "finished".
I always enjoy seeing all the work you do. Your house has seen many improvements since you moved in. Thanks for sharing the pictures.
