Sprinklers Part 2: The Front Yard

Digging is hard work.  I also had to make these trenches extra deep because in addition to the zone laterals, I am burying a supply line for the backyard system.  I'm looking forward to getting a trenching machine to use in the backyard, but there were too many utility lines running through the front yard to use one here.
I dug a truckload of rocks out of my front yard:
Finally got all of the front yard trenched and all the pipe laid
And then backfilled the trenches
Looking back through the side gate towards the front yard, you can see where I snaked the backyard supply line through the gate and capped it off so I can pick up this project again in a few weeks:
Finally, I turned it on and made sure it all works:

I like how you plan ahead for the backyard by laying the supply line but allow yourself to "finish" this part of the project and just cap off the back yard for now. I tend to assume I need to get the whole thing done at once; therefore, I don't start unless I think I can finish, and if I don't complete the entire project I don't consider myself to have accomplished anything. My approach is frustrating and makes many tasks too daunting. Yours obviously allows you to get work done.
