We made it to the airport and waited for our plane to take us back to Nassau to begin the next segment of our vacation - a stay at the Atlantis Paradise Island resort.
The resort was as impressive and exquisite as it seemed in pictures
The attraction that we seemed to enjoy the most and that certainly we spent the most time on was The Current, a sort of lazy river ride with waves and rapids that still managed to run in a circuit so you never had to exit.
This tube ride takes you through a clear tunnel through a large aquarium filled with sharks. You can see one here on the left:
Lion Fish are pretty, although invasive to the Caribbean:
Atlantis' majestic Manta Rays are huge and can eclipse the sun as they glide past this clear wall:
